Well, if you ask me, fears #4, 11, 14, 16, 19 and 33 are pretty healthy fears to have.
Quite frankly, I would like it if more people had Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia. Too many have HippopotomonstosesquippedalioPHILIA! (This isn't a real word, is it?) I always called it The Polysyllabic Terminology Execution Syndrome.
I actually have XenoglossoPHILIA. Unfortunately, I can't learn foreign languages worth a crap. Lived in Africa for six years and studied the local language 1/2 hour every day, and I could still only have simple conversations when I left.
My favorite fear is phobophobia - the fear of fears. Or as I like to call it, The FDR Syndrome.
